I have a new PC and Laptop both with Windows Vista. When I go into the census or other research screens in Ancestry.com the computers freeze up and I need to constantly restart. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution? Thanks.

It's possible that you're experiencing compatibility problems with Vista. Sometimes older programs don't work correctly. Try running Vista in Compatibility Mode. this article explains more:
