My computers always give me a problem when i start them and they are full of virusis no matter how hard i try to get rid of them they keep on coming back

iif you are using windows ...turn off the system restore then restart the computer in safe mode ....run as many antivirus programmes as you have on your computer ( i have four ) .......as they often pick up different viruses ....then restart the computer normally ......often virus hide in the resident memory ...this should remove most

take inoculations -

malaria

diphtheria

chicken pox

polio

etc

that way you will be safe from viruses
try installing latest anti virus software....
You can always just purchase virus software and run a scan in Safe-Mode. You usually hit the "F5" key when initially booting up to enter Safe Mode.

Depending on the severity of your problem, you may want to consider formatting the hard drive, re-installing Windows, and installing/running a virus-scanner.
Do the Following:

1. Backup your Word, Excel and Power Point and important PDF Files in a flash or burn them into CDR.
